What are Motorcycle Clip on Handlebars?

Clip on Handlebars are mounted directly into the motorcycles' front front instead of using triple tree method. Generally came in two pieces. 

These type of handlebars are designed to provide forward leaning position. Clip on handlebars are generally used on sports bike but its versatile nature make its feasible for all type of bikes be it cafe racer, cruiser or bobber.
